We are the go to gym for Dunedin’s athletes.

Background

We are a Dunedin fitness industry pioneer, that has been here since the early 90’s. While we have previously been known as an “every bodies gym”, 2024 kicked off a new era for us as we shift our focus to becoming a gym for athletes.

Our new mission is to become the go to gym for Dunedin’s athletes by creating the best training community and facility for athletes here in Dunedin.

We’re locally owned, we buy locally, we hire locally and we give back locally.

what Makes Us, Us

COMMUNITY

We aim to foster a strong sense of community among Dunedin’s athletes. We’re putting on many activities and events to bring our athletes together and we’re just getting started.

ENVIRONMENT

Our gym atmosphere looks good, smells good and feels good providing an inviting “at home” experience. We take pride in understanding what our members want and do our best to make them feel welcome and at home from the moment they join.

FACILITY

Our garage/home-style facility is designed with five defined sections: functional, conditioning, resistance, mobility & recovery, 9 lifting platforms, 40m AstroTurf track, a CrossFit studio & a jungle gym are some of the things that make us unique.
