When I’m not managing Compound and running my own gym (Fithub), I spend my time coaching national weightligting and crossfit athletes.

Hi, I’m Sammy Burke.
I’m a NZ champion runner across multiple disciplines and currently completing my Masters of science.
I’m an experienced endurance athlete coach, working with many high level athletes at Peak Endurance in Wanaka.

Our coaches set their own rates, but you can expect to pay between $45 to $100 per session depending on the length of your sessions.

Yes to train with a trainer at Compound gym, you must have a compound gym membership.

Nope. We train beginners, busy parents, athletes — everyone.
Your coach will tailor everything to your level, and you’ll progress from wherever you're at. -
You get two free sessions with any membership which should give you enough time to figure out if working with a trainer is for you.
