We’ve done our best to provide the space, structure, and energy needed for high-performance training, unlike crowded commercial gyms with awkward layouts and distracting environments.

We’ve built our space for athletes. Split into five training zones, which includes: a training studio, 9 x lifting platforms, a 40 metre astroturf track, jungle gym, sleds, rings, ropes, plate loaded machines and more.
