 FAQ

  • Our “annual” option is for 12 months. Our “monthly” option is week to week and can be cancelled anytime. If you are under contract and wish to cancel your membership, you’ll simple be asked to pay a $99 flat rate cancellation fee.

  • As above on a 'monthly' membership you can cancel anytime. On a annual membership you will be asked to pay a flat rate cancellation fee of $99.

    We do require 3 business days notice to process your cancellation.

  • All memberships can be cancelled within 30 days with a full refund. Provided you meet with our gym manager (Ben) and share your reason for cancelling.

  • Yes. During staffed hours (weekdays from 6 am till 7 pm). As a member, we encourage you to bring different guests along with you. All we ask is that they check in at reception with one of our team when they arrive.

  • We suggest members be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of 18 years you can join on our youth membership providing you show us parental consent
